海威集团ODI备案落地！罗马尼亚工厂加速欧洲市场布局

2025年9月，海威集团正式收到天津市发改委颁发的《境外投资项目备案通知书》及商务部核发的《企业境外投资证书》，标志着其罗马尼亚工厂项目已顺利完成全部ODI（境外直接投资）备案流程。天津海威精密制造有限公司借助新加坡投资平台，在罗马尼亚成功设立海威（罗马尼亚）汽车零件有限公司，并同步开启汽车精密零件生产基地项目的建设工作。

In September 2025, Asiaway Group officially received the *Record Filing Notice for Outbound Investment Projects* issued by the Tianjin Municipal Development and Reform Commission and the *Enterprise Overseas Investment Certificate* issued by the Ministry of Commerce. This marks the successful completion of all ODI (Outbound Direct Investment) filing procedures for its Romanian factory project. Leveraging its Singapore investment platform, Tianjin Asiaway Precision Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has established Asiaway Automotive Components Romania SRL. in Romania and simultaneously commenced the construction of a production base for precision automotive parts.
